Connection Care Ministry – Keeping in touch with St. Andrew Members

A group of volunteers, under the direction of Pastor Frank Lybrand, formed the Connection Care Team.  The purpose of this group is to reach out to and keep in touch with folks who may not be able to come to church or church activities regularly and want to stay connected to St Andrew.  The group pairs a team member with a person who wants to stay connected to the church.  Cards, phone calls and visits are all a part of this ministry.
